We are Just a group of friends getting together and flying kites -- single line, dual line, quad line, line laundry, banners, wind toys, etc.   

Our goal is to educate the public in the art, history, technology and practice of building and flying kites; to advance kiting, its joys and its values. We get together the first Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on South Padre Island at the flats, just north of the convention center on the bay side (weather permitting).  Check with B&S Kites for alternate location if the "Flats" are flooded. Come for a little while or come for the whole day. Membership is Free!
